Various dried pasta shapes and beans
glue
heavier weight construction paper
pencil
I used some household items to trace out the flower and a ruler to create the stick figure.
Then we just used the glue to trace out the picture. I just let them loose with the macaroni. This project took very little preparation or supervision...
Finished products:
While we waited for our macaroni artwork to dry, we treated ourselves to a Princess Luncheon. We even invited the King. He refused to dress for the occasion. Shame on him...
***update***
I just wanted to add a little note to update about our macaroni art... My parents are visiting, and everyone was on our back porch hanging out last evening. The kids brought their artwork out to show off to Nana and Papa and we accidentally left them outside overnight. I came outside this morning to find that the raccoon's had a feast out of our macaroni art! So, lesson learned... Never leave your Macaroni Artwork outside!
