Here are a few reader favorites...

Of course, I wasn't going to stop on over without sharing some sweet goodness!

These cookies are SO great! Just your basic peanut butter cookies-with a twist of course… With some added crunch from chopped up pretzels and sweet chunks of chocolate. The perfect combination of sweet and salty, indeed!

Peanut Butter Pretzel Chocolate Chunk Cookies

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chunks {or chocolate chips}
1 c. pretzels, crushed

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat the butter until creamy. Add in the sugars, peanut butter, and egg. Mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add in the chocolate chunks and crushed pretzels. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in a crisscross pattern with a fork. Baked until light brown- about 9-10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for a minutes; transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Thanks so much, Jamie for having me! You're a dear.
