Here is what I have planned for the week:
Monday: Out to dinner.
Tuesday: Black Eyed Peas sausage and Corn bread
Wednesday: Penne with Chicken, Spinach and Tomatoes
Thursday: Ham and Turkey Jambalaya (using up those leftovers!)
Friday: Southwest Chicken Chili
Sunday: Chili Topped Baked Potatoes
