Hi, Welcome to my new blog!
I really like to plan my meals out for a week or so at a time. Makes it so much easier when 4 o’clock rolls around to know what I am cooking. I’ve been doing weight watchers since the beginning of January and have been 100% following their new plan and sticking to it well. I have only lost about 2 pounds? (Just to clarify, that is 2 lbs is 7 and a half weeks.) I am getting very frustrated!
Anyway, here is my weekly meal plan. Everything is lowcal/lowfat, though I use full fat cheese on the kids stuff and 2% for me.
Monday: Taco skillet and salad (using leftover chicken from last night)
Tuesday: Potato nachos made with Taco skillet leftovers (this is so yummy, hard to only have one serving!)
Wednesday: Pasta with chicken and veggies
Thursday: Meatloaf Muffins and waffle fries from the freezer for hubby and kids, ww dinner for me
Friday: Quesadillas for the hubby and kids and salad for me
Saturday: My Birthday! Not sure what we are going to do, depends on if hubby’s mom will watch the kids
Sunday: Jambalaya w/ ham
