We have had a few too many weeks of indulging, so it is time for a few weeks of eating light… I am planning some lighter meals for the next few weeks. When I try to cut back, that usually means lighter main dishes and lots of salad and veggies for me. Here is my menu plan:
Monday: Chicken salad and soft tacos with leftover rotisserie chicken.
Tuesday: Panini’s on the George Forman Grill. (These are just sandwiches that we toast, the come out really good!)
Wednesday: Meat loaf muffins
Thursday: Healthy Chicken Tetrazzini This recipe has a WW point equivalent of 7 points plus.
Friday: Sending the kids and hubby out. (without me!)
Saturday: Ham and Cheese Frittata. (Lightened up wit more egg whites and 2% cheese)
