Last week before School starts and we have a busy week planned. Starting today, we are getting back to our bedtime/morning routines. That means earlier dinners, bedtimes and wake up times. Nobody is very happy about that. (I don’t mind the earlier bedtimes, but getting up at 6:30 is just hard for me…)
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Healthy Sloppy Joe’s
Tuesday: Chicken Divan I came across this recipe on Ivillage the other day. It looked so good, plus I have all the ingredients, so I wanted to try it. I will let you know if it is a keeper! (I have tried a few that just weren’t!)
Wednesday: Mini Meat Pies, I will use the leftover Sloppy Joe meat to make these. I could put almost any type of leftover in a croissant roll and it would be gobbled up!
Thursday: Hashbrown Fritatta
Friday: Spareribs in the Oven
Saturday: Quesadillas and Salad
Sunday: Crock-Pot Chicken Tacos
