We’re at it again over here… My husband and I are attempting to commit to a light eating plan. Last week I did ok, though I really need to work a little harder on curbing my day-time snacking. It would help if the hubby would stop bringing sweets home! (I don’t care where he hides them, when a craving hits, I will find his stash!!!)
I am also going to commit to weight watcher meetings, I will go every Tuesday for 2 months, even if I think I didn’t loose weight. (They had a buy one month, get one free promotion last week that I took advantage of…)
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
Tuesday: Double Spinach Bake
Wednesday: Sliders for the kids. (from the freezer) and Chicken Taco Salads for Mom and Dad
Thursday: Mini Meatloaf Muffins Didn’t get to these last week.
Friday: Quesadillas and Salad
Saturday: Bubble-Up Enchiladas This is an old weight Watcher Recipe. So yummy, it is hard to eat only one portion. It is 10 points plus, which is kind of high, but I am sure I can squeeze it in…
Sunday: Scalloped Ham and Potato Casserole. This recipe is from an old cookbook and is around 250 calories. If it is any good, I will type it up and get it posted.
I will be linking up to menu plan Monday over at orgjunkie.com. Check it out…
