I have been going through some of my old WW recipes. Some of them are pretty good. I am going to work on getting a few typed up an posted very soon. In the mean time, here is our menu for the coming week.
Monday: Mom’s Taco Salad w/ Fritos.
Tuesday: Scalloped Ham and Potato Casserole. I did not get to this last week, it is a recipe from an old cookbook and is around 250 calories. If it is any good, I will type it up and get it posted.
Wednesday: Mango Chicken Salad
Thursday: Crock Pot Carnitas. Pork shoulder and mexican spices. So yummy, though I am going to try it with a pork tenderloin to lower the fat and calories. Recipe to come…
Saturday: Homemade pizza with my newly Canned Pizza Sauce. I have a new crust recipe to try out!
Sunday: Low-Cal Chicken Pot Pie
