Monday: Baked Ziti (I will be doubling this, so I have one for the freezer)
Tuesday: Homemade Hamburger helper
Wednesday: tortellini casserole
Thursday: Pancakes and eggs for dinner (green of course!)
Friday: Jambalaya w/ ground turkey (zatarins mix I “doctor” up w/ corn, black beans, extra rice)
Saturday: Bean Burritos from the freezer w/ Mexican rice
Sunday: Creamy pasta with chicken: this recipe is precooked chopped chicken breast, homemade white sauce that I melt shredded cheese into and toss with pasta.
