Thinking about a new Vacuum- Try the Eureka AirSpeed ONE

I don’t know about you, but I love a freshly vacuumed floor and even more, I love the look of fresh vacuum marks on the rug.   I just don’t feel like the house is really clean unless I can “see” that the floor has been vacuumed. (Part of this may be due to the fact that we have very dark carpet…)

I love my current vacuum, I bought it refurbished almost 10 years ago and it is still working great.  The problem is, that it is so heavy, I rarely manage to drag it upstairs to vacuum.  And as much as I want my kids to vacuum, it really is to heavy for them to maneuver easily.

A second vacuum for upstairs has been on my wish list for a while.  But seriously, there are so many other things on my wish list that rank much higher than splurging on another vacuum.

I am so happy to have had the opportunity to try out the new Eureka AirSpeed One.  I picked one up on my last trip to Wal-Mart.  (You can see more pictures of my shopping trip here.)

This is an awesome little vacuum!  It is so powerful and best of all, so very lightweight.  And best of all, the Eureka Airspeed one can be found at Wal-mart for less than $50.  (In fact, it is on roll back right now for $43.84.)  At this price, I can’t believe I waited so long to get another vacuum.  (You just cant beat $43 for a vacuum…)

The vacuum was so easy to put together.  I had all the pieces snapped in place in less than 3 minutes.  Check out this video to see how easy it really is.
I also made a quick little video to show how easy this vacuum is for my little guy to use.  (I am definitely adding a new chore to their chore jar!)  (The video is a little loud – make sure your volume is turned down.)
