Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

This one-bowl breakfast can be made in less than an hour and is perfect for lazy Sunday mornings or brunch with friends!

In a large bowl, whisk together the old-fashioned oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and brown sugar.


Add your milk, slightly melted butter, and an egg and mix until thoroughly incorporated.


Transfer the oatmeal mixture to a well-greased baking dish and add the blueberries.


Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. The edges of the oatmeal should begin to pull away from the sides of the baking dish.
