Butter Carrots, celery, onions, garlic Chicken Cumin, thyme, salt, pepper Broth, bullion, cornstarch Cream Cheese, shredded cheese
Saute veggies until veggies are cooked, but not brown. Stir frequently to keep the onions and garlic from burning.
Add broth, bullion, spices and chicken to the pot. Add cornstarch slurry. Bring to boil.
