This Death by Chocolate Bundt Cake is moist, delicious, and oh-so-chocolatey.  Made with a boxed cake mix and a few other staple ingredients, this cake could not be any easier to make!

Why make this Chocolate Bundt Cake:

1 ½ cups chicken stock 2 tsp olive oil 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 cup rice 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp curry powder 12 olives 2 artichoke hearts 1 celery stalk

– Chocolate fudge cake mix – Instant chocolate pudding mix – Eggs,  Sour cream, Oil – Chocolate chips – Butter, Cocoa powder – Confectioner’s sugar, Milk


Step 1: Prepare the pan.  Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan with oil, then dust with flour. Shake out the excess flour. Step 2: Mix the ingredients: Add the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, warm water, and oil to a large mixing bowl. Mix together with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in the chocolate chips.

How to make the Death by Chocoalte Bundt Cake

Step 3: Bake.  Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool the cake on a wire rack for about 20 minutes.

Step 4: Make the Frosting.  Place the butter in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the cocoa powder and milk. Let the mixture come to a boil, stirring continuously, and then remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the confectioner’s sugar until the frosting is smooth.

Step 4: Pour the Frosting over the BundtCake.  Let the frosting cool down for a few minutes. Pour the frosting over the top of the cake. If you find your frosting has thickened too much, you can reheat it on the stove for a minute or two.
