This Ham and Cheese Panini is crispy, cheesy and delicious and a great way to use up those leftovers.
1. Butter the outside of the 1st piece of bread. Add a mayo/dijon mustard to the bread. Place the bread, butter side down, on the grill.
2. Build the sandwich on the grill by adding sliced cheese, tomato/avocado, ham, another slice of cheese and the 2nd piece of bread.
Put the sandwich inside the sandwich press and cook following the machine's instructions, (about 2 to 3 minutes.) Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
