Homemade Butter Pecan Ice Cream Recipe

Sweet vanilla custard ice cream swirled with toasted, butter-candied pecans. This recipe is way better than store-bought and might just become your new favorite ice cream flavor!

Ingredients

ButterPecansSugar EggsMilk Sweetened condensed milkVanilla extract

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, and condensed milk in a mixing bowl until combined. Blend in vanilla, milk, and condensed milk. Transfer mixture to ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directions.

Make the butter pecans by melting butter, sugar, add pecans, stir, and toast for 5 minutes. Watch closely, as they burn quickly. Transfer to plate and cool.
