Creamy, sweet, tart, a No Bake Lemon Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for any occasion!
Graham Cracker Crust
Heavy Whipping Cream
Using a mixer with a whisk attachment, beat heavy whipping cream untill stiff peaks form.
Add sugar and vanilla to the softened cream cheese. Beat until ingredients fully mixed.
Gently fold all of the whipped cream into the lemon cheesecake mixture.
Add the lemon cheescake mixture to the prepared graham cracker crust.
Add remaining lemon curd to top of the cheesecake.
Place lemon cheesecake in the fridge to chill.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and or fresh lemon slices.
