Made with real pumpkin puree, oats, chia seeds, plus a few more ingredients, these pumpkin pie overnight oats are a delicious, creamy pumpkin dessert-like breakfast that is packed full of protein and fiber and is sure to be your go-to breakfast for busy fall mornings

– Milk of choice  – Old-fashioned rolled oats – Pumpkin puree  – Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, brown sugar, zero calorie sweetener) – Chia seeds – Pumpkin pie spice – optional: vanilla protein powder



Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.


Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, top with optional toppings, and enjoy!
