– Milk (any kind) – Pure pumpkin puree – Sugar (or sugar substitute to keep it low carb) – Vanilla – Pumpkin pie spice – Coffee (brewed extra strong)
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, pumpkin and sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice.
Keep stiring until the milk starts to bubble. Remove from heat.
Add Pumpkin Spice mixture to coffee, top with favorite toppings.
