Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 F. for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt. Stir to combine, then place into a buttered pan.
- Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor until they are coarsely chopped.
- Place the oats in a large mixing bowl. Add flour, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, then stir to combine.
- Add the butter to the mixing bowl and mix it into the flour mixture using your hands until the dough forms crumbles.
- Crumble the topping all over the berry mixture in clumps.
- Carefully place the dish into the preheated air fryer and air fry for 25 minutes at 350.
- At the 20-minute mark, check on the fruit crisp. If the topping is beginning to get too brown, you can cover the top with foil for the last few minutes of cooking.
- Let the crumble set for at least 15 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- If you prefer a more “set” fruit crisp, you can cook the crisp for another 5 minutes or so for a more firm filling.
- Fresh or frozen berries will work. (If using frozen, no need to defrost.)
