Description
These Chocolate Air Fryer Breakfast Cookies are a perfect grab-and-go breakfast option! Made with oats, chia seed, bananas, cocoa powder, plus a few more ingredients, they are chock full of nutrition, and everyone will love the chocolate flavor!

- 1 small to medium ripe banana
- ½ cup oats (quick or rolled)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon fresh brewed coffee (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana.
- Stir in the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, optional coffee, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Divide cookie dough into five equal-sized balls (about two tablespoons of cookie dough) on a square of parchment paper cut to fit the inside of the air fryer. Press down slightly with a fork.
- Place the parchment with the cookie dough into the air fryer basket or tray and bake at 335°F for 8 to 9 minutes. (No need to preheat the air fryer first.) When done baking, carefully remove the cookies from the air fryer basket. Enjoy warm or room temperature!
