Breakfast Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • Fruits like strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple slices, kiwis sliced in half, raspberries, etc.
  • Coordinating fruit dip. (something like this cream cheese fruit dip)
  • Bread items such as French toast, scones, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, mini donuts, mini muffins, mini cinnamon buns, etc.
  • Eggs such as mini quiche, egg bites (like a crust-free quiche), hard-boiled eggs, etc.
  • Sauces such as syrup, honey ketchup, hot sauce, melted butter, whipped cream, etc.
  • Yogurt and toppings like nuts, granola, and dried fruit.

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the bowls on a large charcuterie board (pictured here is an 11.5” x 17.5” rectangle board). Then the smaller bowls. (Small bowls can be used for dips, sauces, and small pieces of fruit.)
  2. Next, place your largest food items, like big slices of French toast, mini muffins, etc.
  3. Lastly, fill in the rest of the space with medium to small items. Fill in any extra gaps with small fruits (blueberries, grapes, etc.)
