This Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Smoothie is packed with nutrition – perfect for starting your day! (plus it’s an excellent way to serve up leftover oatmeal.)


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/4 cup favorite milk product
  • 1/2 cup cold, pre-cooked plain oatmeal
  • 3 to 4 tsp Nesquik
