- 1 oz. light rum
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. coconut cream

Instructions
- Blend the two rums and the strawberries in a blender. Put this mixture aside (in the freezer).
- Clean the blender and blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth.
- Spoon the strawberry mixture into the serving glass and hold it at an angle. Gently spoon the banana mixture from the blender on top. (the strawberry mixture will slowly seep into the pineapple banana mixture or you can gently swirl for a pretty mix. I posted a swirled picture on Instagram here.)
