Description

These easy Roast Beef Sliders are layered with thinly sliced deli roast beef and melty provolone, then brushed with a savory Everything Bagel butter topping. They’re ready in about 30 minutes and make an easy dinner, game day snack, or party appetizer.

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 14 to 16 slices provolone cheese, divided

Seasoned Butter Topping

 

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon softened butter.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Place 8 slices of provolone over the bottom buns.
  4. Divide the roast beef evenly over the cheese.
  5. Top the roast beef with the remaining 6 to 8 slices of provolone, then add the tops of the buns.
  6. Melt the butter in a small bowl. Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, Everything Bagel seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with additional sesame seeds, if desired.
  8. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. If the buns begin browning too quickly, loosely tent the baking dish with foil.
  9. Let the sliders rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
