Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin wells with non-stick spray.
  2. Remove biscuit dough from the can and roll individual pieces flat and thin. Form the flattened dough into muffin tin wells.
  3. Add chopped, cooked chicken meat to a medium-sized bowl, and add softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon powder, Italian seasoning, and salt, and mix with a spoon. (or, substitute with your favorite spices)
  4. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture into each dough well, filling each to the top.
  5. Chop green onions and evenly distribute them into each well over the chicken mixture. Use as much, or as little as desired, but reserve some to garnish finished Chicken cups.
  6. Evenly distribute shredded cheese in each well over the onions.
  7. Pinch dough so it doesn’t hang over, or pinch together along the top to seal each stuffed roll.
  8. Place in heated oven and bake approx. 14 minutes. They are done when the dough turns golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to stand a few minutes before serving. Remove from muffin tin and place on serving plate.
  9. Add a dollop of Sour Cream onto each chicken cup, and sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped Green Onions.
