St. Patrick’s Day Jello Shot Recipe

Description

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these delicious Lime Green Jello shots! Slightly tart from the lime Jello with an added kick of flavor from the apple vodka.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 Box Lime Gelatin
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Apple Vodka
  • Optional: Whipped Cream, Gold Sanding Sugar

 


Instructions

  1. Place the gelatin and boiling water in a medium mixing bowl and stir until the mixture is smooth with no grit on the bottom.
  2. Add the apple vodka and stir again.
  3. Using an injector or pourable measuring cup, fill each cup, leaving a bit of room at the top.
  4. Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until solidified.
  5. Top with whipped cream and gold sanding sugar, if desired, and enjoy!
