Description

Yogurt bowls are packed with protein, fiber and all sorts of good for you nutrients. They make a great breakfast, snack or even a late-night treat!


Ingredients

  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • Fruit of choice
  • Something for crunch (nuts, seeds, graham crackers, granola, etc.)

Instructions

Here are just a few of our favorite yogurt bowl combinations:

Strawberry “Shortcake” Yogurt Bowl:

Vanilla Yogurt, Sliced Strawberries, and crumbled graham crackers.

The Sunrise Special Yogurt Bowl:

Vanilla Yogurt, Grapefruit sections and (or oranges if you prefer) chopped nuts with a drizzle of honey.

Blueberry Crunch Yogurt Bowl:

A handful of blueberries and a sprinkle of your favorite granola makes this simple yogurt bowl shine.

Peanut Butter Banana Yogurt Bowl:

Sliced Bananas, crumbled graham crackers and a drizzle of warm peanut butter.

Raspberries Chocolate:

Fresh raspberries, mini chocolate chips and maybe even a small drizzle of chocolate sauce…

Apple Pie:

Chopped apples, crumbled graham crackers a sprinkle of cinnamon and maybe a drizzle of honey or caramel sauce.

Mixed Berry:

Chopped strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries sprinkled with a bit of sugar.

Tropical Delight:

chopped pineapple, bananas and mango, topped with shredded coconut

Tip:  If you don’t want to use graham crackers you add crunch with chia or flax seeds.
