Description
These Green Smoothie Popsicles are super easy to make and full of nutritious spinach, avocado, and tropical fruits. They taste so yummy, the kids won’t even know that they are getting their vegetables in a popsicle!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup mango chunks
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp raw coconut chunks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cup milk of choice (I like the 35 calorie unsweetened coconut milk)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt of choice (you can also use plain yogurt, but you might need to add additional fruit or sweetener – just give it a taste)
- 1 to 2 kiwis peeled and thinly sliced
- optional: Sweetener of choice – you could add a couple of dates, a teaspoon or two of honey -or no additional sweetener. Just taste it to decide if the fruit adds enough sweetness to your popsicles.)
