Happy Monday everyone, I hope you had a fun and restful holiday! We have a busy week ahead, but I managed to make a nice dent in my holiday shopping (including a little something for myself…)
We have pretty muck polished off most of our thanksgiving leftover with the exception of the cranberry sauce and some turkey I put away in the freezer. Here is our menu for the week, I kept it pretty light…
Monday: Oven Baked Fajitas
Tuesday: Fajita chicken salad
Wednesday: Sausage and Hashbrown Fritatta
Thursday: Chicken Bruschetta Skillet
Friday: Quesadillas and Salad
Saturday: Eating out (hopefully)
Sunday: Lean ‘N Green Crockpot Chili
