What flavors go together better than Chocolate, bananas and strawberries?
Not many and you will love the sweet and creamy deliciousness of this classically easy Banana Split Shake recipe!
Easy and so yummy Banana Split Shake Recipe

I’ve got a special treat for you today! I’m sharing this yummy Banana Split Shake Recipe and I’m giving away a Hamilton Beach Wave action Blender! (Blender giveaway courtesy of Hamilton Beach.)

Hamilton Beach sent me their new WaveAction Blender to try out. The WaveAction of the blender is designed to continually force the mixture down into the blades for consistently smooth results. The blender also has an easy pour spout to keep the drips to a minimum and a stir spoon to help mix thicker foods.

I tested the blender out on this Banana Shake and it blended the bananas, strawberries and chocolate into a perfectly smooth consistency.

So good!

Banana Split Shake

(serves 2 to 4)

Ingredients:
  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, plus more for garnish
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)
  • (if using frozen strawberries, you may need to add a few tablespoons of milk to thin out the shake.)

Directions:

  1. Combine ice cream, banana, strawberries and chocolate syrup in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide shake between glasses. Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate syrup if desired.
  3. Top with cherry.

Enjoy!

*giveaway has ended.

I love any type of smoothie, really! My favorite would be one that has a pear in it. The pear gives it such a sweet, unique taste. I often add any fruits I have in the kitchen and/or freezer to my smoothies and love them all!
