Thursday: Ham and Cheese Hash Brown Frittata. This is a family favorite, so easy and everyone loves it!
Saturday: Turkey Burgers on the grill with homemade sweet potato fries. I saw a suggestion to coat the fries very lightly with corn starch to get them extra crispy, I am going to try it…
Sunday: Black Bean Casserole This one sure looks good. I know if I serve this with chips it will a hit!
