Happy Monday Everyone!  Here is our menu for the week:


Monday:  Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken



Tuesday:  Quick Enchilada Skillet

Wednesday: Tacos and Salad  (I think I will defrost some of my frozen fajita meat for this meal)

Thursday: Creamy Green Chile Enchilada Soup

Friday:  Pancakes (by request)

Saturday:  Going Out

Sunday:  Baked Chicken Leg Quarters
