Happy Monday everyone!  Here is my menu for the week:

Monday:  Bean, chicken and cheese tostadas, using this tostada shell recipe.

Tuesday:  Valentine’s Day!  I am picking up a heart shaped pizza from Papa Murphy’s for a family candlelight dinner.  I will be making these Cherry Cheesecake Hearts for dessert.
Wednesday:  Brisket in the Crock Pot
Thursday:  Easy Tex-Mex Bake, Lightened up
Friday:  Mini Meat Pies, using leftovers from Wednesday’s Brisket
Saturday:  Leftovers

  1. I know quite a few people doing heart-shaped pizza on Tuesday night from PM! The dessert you're pairing it with looks wonderful.
