I have 2 kids and their eating habits couldn’t be more different.
My daughter loves most veggies; squash, asparagus, broccoli and she’ll almost always try just one bite of something new.
My son on the other hand, is quite picky. If it’s something he likes, like lettuce or pickles on a hamburger or re-fried beans from a can, no problem- he’ll eat it.
But if it’s something new, or any other type of veggie, getting him to try the food can be difficult. And if there’s one speck of green or orange showing in a casserole- good luck on that one, ha ha!
