Menu Plan Monday

Happy Monday everyone!
I would say it starting to feel a lot like Christmas, but since it has been in the 80’s for the last couple of days, it really hasn’t (we had a record high yesterday of 86 degrees)… I just checked the weather forecast, we have a weak cold front coming through on Tuesday but the high temps are still going to be in the upper 70’s. for the rest of the week.
What is the weather like where you live? Anyone have snow?
On to our menu for the week…
Monday: Salad for the adults and bean and chicken tacos/quesadillas for the kiddos…
Tuesday: Tortellini Casserole
Wednesday: I wont be home, so the hubby and kids will go to Cici’s
Thursday: Skinny Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Friday: Healthy Sloppy Joe’s
Saturday: The guys have a camp out tonight, I think the missy is invited too, but I don’t know if I will send her or not… (I am definitely not going.) If she stays, we will just wing it…
Sunday: Breakfast for Dinner
