Happy Monday Everyone! It is a new week, and a new menu plan… Here is what I have planned for this week:
Monday: Taco Muffins with rice and beans.
Tuesday: Egg salad sandwiches and Salad
Wednesday: Diet Friendly Peanut Sesame Noodles
Thursday: Bean burritos and Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Friday: Turkey and Sausage Jambalaya, using turkey, ham and sausage leftover from the holidays.
Saturday: Ham, Cheese and Hash Brown Frittata
Sunday: Slow Cooker Ham and White Beans with cornbread
