Menu Plan Monday – 1/9/12

It’s Monday again…  Here is our menu I have planned out for the week:

Monday:  Creamy Chicken Tacos.  Have you tried the new Philadelphia Santa Fe flavored Cooking Cream?  I’ve tried out a couple of the flavors, (and not all are winners in my opinion) and the Santa Fe flavor is excellent!  To make the Creamy Chicken Tacos, I just mix chicken, corn, a little salsa and some of the cooking cream together.  It makes an excellent creamy taco filling.

Tuesday:  Garden Vegetable Soup and Salad (I will link up the recipe as soon as I get it ready)

Wednesday:  Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, leftover from the Barbecue Chicken Breasts in the crock pot last week.

Friday:  Pasta with White Beans, Chicken and Spinach

Saturday:  Sending the hubby and the kids out…  (Sometimes Mom just needs a little peace and quiet.)
