Welcome to the second stop of the Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop Summer Tour!

I was so pleased when Amy emailed me to ask if I would be a part of the Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop Summer tour. I have been eyeing some of her patterns lately and jumped at the chance to sew one up.

The pattern I chose to sew was the Sweetheart Halter Top, I couldn’t help myself, the top is just so adorable! I love the fact it goes all the way up to size 12. (A few patterns I have only go to size 5 or 6 🙁 …)

The fabric I used was something I have had in my stash for a year or two, I am pretty sure it came from Joanne’s. How cute will this top be over a white t-shirt for school?

Here it is from the back:

Once you cut all your pattern pieces, this top is very easy to sew and it sews up in a jiffy!

If you follow along on my blog at all, you know I like to take lots of pictures of my daughter in the outfits I make. Most of the time she participates happily, but on this day, the girl must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed! I consider myself very lucky to get the shots above, because the rest all looked like this:

If you would like to try the Sweetheart Halter Pattern yourself, it is on sale for $5, TODAY ONLY. (7/10/12)  I promise, you will love it!

Here is the schedule for the rest of the tour.  Be sure to check out what the other bloggers are sewing. (You might discover a few more sales and chances to win patterns!

Thanks for stopping by!
