Monday: Leftovers from the weekend. We ended up having some of my hubby's family over on Sunday, so instead of chicken in the crock pot, we brought home barbecue and have a ton left over.
Tuesday: Orange Sesame Chicken Salad
Wednesday: Tex-Mex Bake Lightened Up
Thursday: Quesadillas and Salad
Friday: Penne with Chicken, Spinach and Tomatoes
Saturday: Taco Muffins. We have some ground beef in the freezer to use up.
Sunday: Creamy Rigatoni with Sausage and Red Peppers
