Make a St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Cupcake T-shirt with this free Lucky Cupcake printable pdf file!
I picked up this green tee from the Children’s Place a few months ago with the intention to embroider my missy a shirt for St Patrick’s Day. They have a lot of good blank tees to choose from and I think the quality is pretty good for the price. (They’re almost always having some sort of sale.)
I gifted myself an embroidery machine for Christmas and I’m still learning the ins and outs of how to use it. It definitely has some great capabilities, though one of the things I am excited to use it for is to do the quilting on smaller quilt projects.
I also broke down and picked up a copy of the Embrilliance Software Essentials and Alphatricks. These two modules of the software make it a lot easier to line up my purchased designs and fonts. When I have the time, I’m looking forward to getting (and learning) the module that allows me to create my own designs and then perhaps make some simple embroidery designs available for download over here on the blog.
In the case of this shamrock cupcake embroidery design, if you wanted to design something similar to embroider, the cupcake came from the emblibrary (found here) and I used the Tatty and Aloha font from DesignsbyJuju.
I can’t give this embroidery design away since there is no commercial license available for the cupcake, but I do however, have a fairly similar design that I CAN give you (cupcake from Prettygraphikdesigns on Etsy) in pdf/png format and you can create your own fabric transfer printable with!
Have fun and don’t forget to reverse the image when printing to do a transfer!
