Happy Monday Everyone!  Here is my menu for the week:

Monday:  Meat Loaf Muffins

Tuesday:  Cheesy Chicken and Yellow Rice in the Crock Pot

Wednesday:  Spicy Black Bean Burgers (From the freezer- Boca Burgers)

Thursday:  Fried Egg Sandwiches

Friday:  Barbecue Chicken Skillet Pockets

Saturday:  Going out or leftovers

Sunday:  Mexican Chicken Chowder
