Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving holiday. We certainly did and I have lots of turkey leftovers to prove it. I was able put away about 6 meals worth of turkey in the freezer and about 8 cups of turkey broth.
We have pretty much polished off everything else with the exception of the cranberry jelly. (My mom is the only one who likes it, so we have almost the whole can left.) I would like to incorporate it in to a muffin recipe or something similar. Has anyone seen a bread or muffin recipe using cranberry jelly?
