Happy Monday everyone! This month has really flown by, I can’t believe Christmas is just a week away… We have a lot going on, so I am keeping our menu light and easy this week:
Monday: Quick and Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday: Pasta w/ White Beans Chicken and Spinach
Wednesday: Salad and Quesadillas
Thursday: Creamy Green Chile Enchilada Soup
Friday: Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Saturday: Mom’s Taco Salad
Sunday: Oven Baked Fajita’s
