Hi everyone, here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Healthy Turkey Tetrazzini
Wednesday: Asian Chicken Salad
Thursday: Tex-Mex Bake Lightened Up
Friday: Turkey Apple Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette. A Simple salad made with lettuce, chopped apples and celery, golden raisins, walnuts, leftover turkey breast tossed with Ken’s Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette.
Saturday: Leftovers (The boys will be camping.)
Sunday: Creamy Ham and Potato Casserole
