Menu Plan Monday – 1/30/12 & Crock Pot Recipe Search

Happy Monday Everyone!  I am on the hunt for some new Crock Pot recipes.  Do you have one to share?  I created a Linky list at the bottom of this post.  I would love it if you would share a couple of your favorites with me…

Here is our menu for the week:

Monday:   Diet Friendly Peanut Sesame Noodles

Tuesday:  WW Garden Veggie Soup and salad.  (I meant to post this recipe and pictures a few weeks back, but I over cooked the soup and the pictures were not that appetizing.  I am going to try again…)

Wednesday:  Carnitas (Pork roast in the crock pot with mexican spices.) We ended up going to dinner and a movie last week, so I did not get to this one…

Thursday: Orange Sesame Chicken Salad

Friday:   Easy Tex-Mex Bake – Lightened Up

Saturday:  Leftovers (Should have plenty…)

Sunday: Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

    PS – I do get away with pulled pork in the crock pot! I use a pork tenderloin, 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup chili sauce (find in the Asian section), 2 tbsp brown sugar & 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. I mix it all up and cook for 6 hours. It is spicy!

    Yum! I was pondering some crock pot recipes today as well … my husband is so picky about them though so I gave up! He doesn't like "mushy" food.

  7. I haven't had much luck with my crockpot, with my 3rd baby on the way I am determined to find some recipes that really are delicious. Your meal plan looks great, I love the look of those noodles.
