Happy Monday everyone, Here is our menu plan for the week:


Monday: Creamy Chicken Verde Tacos (did not get this last week)

Tuesday:  BLT Pinwheels

Wednesday: Out with the kids

Thursday: Taco Skillet

Friday: Green Chile and Cream Cheese Enchilada Casserole (made using the leftovers from the Taco Skillet)

Saturday:  Leftovers or something easy

Sunday:  Peanut Sesame Noodles
