A Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Shake – made with Vanilla ice cream, Coffee-mate Pumpkin Spice Creamer and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
It may be Fall, but I’d like to know where has all our fall weather gone? It’s been so hot lately!
My kids ride the bus home from school and my poor little missy always steps off the bus so sweaty. Sometimes I feel guilty making them ride the bus when it’s this humid and hot in the afternoons.
Today was their lucky day though because I had a special cold and creamy after-school treat waiting for them! A Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Shake – made with Vanilla ice cream, Coffee-mate Pumpkin Spice Creamer and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mmm, yummy!
Just because the weather’s not cooperating, doesn’t mean I don’t want to enjoy all the different flavors of fall. And what better way to enjoy those flavors that in a delicious creamy cup of coffee!
Is it still too warm where you are to even think about hot coffee? The Coffee-mate creamers are delicious in both hot and iced coffee so they are a great way to add fall holiday flavors to your recipes. The seasonal Fall flavors include: Spiced Latte and Pumpkin Spice (the one I used in our shakes- recipe at the bottom.) Other seasonal flavors include Eggnog Latte, Peppermint Mocha and Dark Chocolate Fudge. The Coffee-mate seasonal flavors are only available September-December so get them while you can!
