Did you know April is National Pecan Month?  Not that I need an excuse to enjoy pecans, (my favorite nut, lol) but here are 29 Delicious Pecan Desserts and Sweet treats to help you celebrate!

I absolutely LOVE anything with pecans –  from pies to bars to cakes. They are just so delicious!

Recently, my favorite way to use them has been as the main crust ingredient in a few of my low-carb sugar-free recipes.  A pecan crust is just so decadent and delicious. (Of course, your recipe doesn’t have to be sugar-free to enjoy them!)

My entire family devours anything I put in front of them that has pecans too, so we always keep a bit of a stockpile of pecans in our pantry for us all to munch on and to use in my dessert recipes.

    Wow, I did not realize that there were so many different recipes that made uses of pecans. The pecan ice cream you showed off in one of the images looks particularly mouthwatering. I could easily imagine that kind of ice cream being served on a hot summer’s afternoon.
