85+ Fabulous Printable Templates for Freezer Paper Stenciling

I mentioned in my textured heart t-shirt the other day, one of my favorite ways to dress up a plain t-shirt is with freezer paper stencils.  I ended up making my own stencil for the heart t-shirt, but before I decided to make my own, I did quite a bit of searching to try and find already created templates I could just print and use.

**Update…  I’m still collecting stencils.  We’re up to 110+.

I bookmarked quite a few designs during my search.  Since most of the work was done, I thought I would do a round-up and share some of my favorites with you…

(I didn’t realize how many that was, until I started adding the links to this post.)

85+ Fabulous Printable Templates for Freezer Paper Stenciling

There are too many links to share the photos, so I added a couple of my fave’s to the collage above and listed out the links of the rest.

If you need a tutorial for using freezer paper stencils, I have one here.  (It was one of the 1st tutorials I ever did, but its a great example of how far I’ve come…)  For the most part, if you right-click on an image and click open image in a new tab, you will get the full size image, which you can either print or save to your computer for re-sizing in an editing program.

Featured in the collage:

1.  Transformer image
2.  Cinderella from Cartoon Jr
3.  I run like a girl
4.  Mickey Mouse Plane from the Frugal Greenish Mom
5.  Hello or Oh hey from Pretty Providence
6.  9 hearts
7. Great Moms get Promoted from Unoriginal Mom
8.  Nautical Wheel and Anchor
9.  Adorable robot from a Leafy Tree Spot

I tried to categorize the links for easier searching, but really, just because something is under “for the boys” doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be cute for girls!

Leave me a comment if you find any dead links!!! But I’ll also share my secret for hunting down dead links!

My secret is the Wayback Time Machine which is part of the internet archive.

Visit this page ==> Wayback tine machine and paste the dead link into the search box. If the page was ever indexed, you’ll be able to see the archived version. Not all links are there and it does take a few seconds to load the archived page.

Good luck. (also, if you look it up and send me the link, I will update it asap.)

The “love birds” and skull and crossbones links are broken. I really love the love birds!

  2. I am finely going to be a grandma and I want to make a t-shirt for my daughter with baby handprints on it. Any suggestion on where I can find a template for this along with letters?

    1. just search google images for handprint template and you can use Microsoft word or another program to print your letters.

  3. Thanks for the great links Jamie!! FYI, the link for pac man and the ghost takes you to a blank screen that is actually the web address for the seahorse. So, neither of these come up with a picture. I will let you know if I find anything else that is wonky. Thanks again!

    1. thanks for the note! I will try to hunt down the proper links when I get back to the office today.
