Our menu for the week:
Monday: Quesadillas, with leftover carnitas
Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken wraps (I have a bit more of the buffalo chicken in the freezer)
Wednesday: Activity night, the kids and I will eat out
Thursday: Chicken Bruschetta Skillet
Friday: Frittata (I did not get to this last week, so I’ll make it this night.)
Saturday: Burgers
Sunday: I have Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken on the menu, but it is mother’s day so I wouldn’t be surprised if we decide to get something to go from a favorite restaurant…
